Technically no. The actual season is usually about the second to third week of January when producers start fishing after the first of the year.
That being said, many producers are taking advantage of the warmer weather and fishing crawfish now. Our suppliers are doing just that.
We are be delivered fresh live crawfish straight out of Louisiana right now. Because of the time of year and it being “early”, always call to check availability of our down home Cajun crawfish.
How are live crawfish cooked?
We boil our crawfish in our special blend of Cajun seasoning and spices. Se serve it with corn and potatoes. Don’t forget to add plenty cold beer and plenty of napkins.
How do you eat Cajun crawfish?
You be pinchin’ some tail today! First, peel off the first two or three rings of the shell then pinch the end of the tail and pull the meat from the shell.
