Our 10-pound bone-in hams are baked with a delicious Cajun honey glaze (the perfect combination of molasses, Djion mustard, brown sugar and Coca Cola, with a dash of cayenne pepper) – then topped with pineapple rings and cherries.

Our fresh, 12 lb. turkeys are brined and injected with our own special blend of Cajun seasonings and spices. Once the prep is work is done, the turkeys are fried to perfection in peanut oil. All that’s left to do is enjoy!
